30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your MK-2077. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for your money back.
How to get a refund
- Send us your order number through our contact form or at mk2077co@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with the return address. Send the helmet back unused, with all parts, in its original packaging where possible.
- Once it arrives, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
Arrived damaged or faulty? Send a photo through our contact form or at mk2077co@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the damaged one back.
Preorder cancellations
MK-2077 orders are preorders. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
Good to know
- Add-ons (Shipping Protection, Order Processing Priority, Express Shipping, 1 Year Warranty) are refunded only if your order hasn't shipped yet.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Colours and finish may vary slightly from the photos.
